How to get better employment and the supervisor takes you to the future
In order to enhance students' professional and industry confidence, effectively strengthen the employment quality of graduates and create a good team atmosphere, professor Zhang Jinli was invited to give a wonderful report on "How to get better employment" on March 18 in the Conference Room.
First of all, Professor Zhang introduced the significance of this subject at the domestic and international levels to the students present. Combined with teaching experience, the speaker shared the aspects of "employment for the needs of the motherland" and "blue ocean of industry development"; according to the industry experience, Professor Zhang expounds a series of keywords such as 'high-quality platform, good culture, team atmosphere ' in the employment points of graduates. Through the case of previous graduates, Professor Zhang guides the students of the research group to strive to improve their physical and mental health and establish lofty goals of work and life.
Finally, the college counselor, Fan Kai, introduced the efforts made by the college to create a good employment environment for chemical engineering students.
