The meeting of 10th International Symposium on Catalysis in Multiphase Reactors and the 9th International Symposium on Multifunctional Reactors was held in Qingdao, China, at the Huanghai hotel from July 7-10, 2017. This symposium brought together over 200 researchers from colleges, universities, research institutes and enterprises. Dr. Hongyun Qin and Dr. Shengdong Dai of our group attended this meeting and give an oral presentation named “Effect of Stator Geometry on the Emulsification and Extraction in the Inline Blade-Screen High Shear Mixer” and “Biothiol-mediated synthesis of Pt nanoparticles on graphene nanoplates and application on methanol electrooxidation” respectively. Good communications and discussions were taken at the meeting, and would be helpful for the following research works. More opportunities like this will be provided for the students in our group in the future.
