Celebrate the festival together, share the beauty

And go on a new journey

On September 10, 2022, the Mid-Autumn Festival met the Teachers' Day. The teachers and students of CPI team met to welcome the two festivals, and at the same time expressed their warm welcome to the new students.

In addition, in order to better integrate the new members into the CPI family, the eight teachers of the subject group made introductions around different aspects.

Ms. Wei Li, who gave a brief introduction to the CPI team. She showed us how strong the CPI team is and inspired us to work hard to move forward. Ms. You Han combined her personal experience with five perspectives, such as choosing a good platform, using people as a mirror, and defying authority, to guide us to seize the opportunity to showcase ourselves. Ms. Yan Fu taught us to set goals, to develop critical thinking, and to bravely explore new areas, which will benefit us for life as we embark on the path of research. Ms. Wu Jiang Jie Xing showed us what a high quality level paper should look like. Mr. Minqing Zhang combined industrial applications to show us how important chemical process intensification is. Ms. Cuili Guo gave an introduction on chemical laboratory safety knowledge, which gave a wake-up call to every student in the audience. Mr. Xiuhu Dang introduced how to interact with people. He told us that interactions are mutual, whether it is with classmates, teachers, or colleagues and bosses after entering the workplace, we should treat them with sincerity. Finally, the team leader, Mr. Jinli Zhang, talked about the purpose of the CPI team. Mr. Zhang used the most concise language to explain the most enthusiastic hope for each of us in the chemical industry.

After the group meeting, the students presented flowers and hand-made greeting cards to express their gratitude and respect to. The teachers gave the students mid-autumn moon cakes, sending their good wishes. On this festival, we wish all the teachers a happy double festival and a happy and healthy family!

Finally, we would like to thank Guo Junheng, He Zheng, Gao Lingyu, Cao Shuangshuang and Huo Xinyi of the subject group for their dedication to the planning and smooth running of the orientation.
